Little Chalfont Area Dementia Support

Our objective is to support those living with dementia and their carers in our local area. We run two memory cafés which offer a space for people to meet, build friendships, access relevant services and relieve isolation. We also work to raise awareness of the issues faced by people living with dementia and their carers, and to encourage understanding amongst the wider community, as they interact with those with dementia. Our Cafe 22 in Little Chalfont provides a varied mix of activities each week including musical performances from choirs and bands to complement our regular games, craft, exercise sessions and guest speakers covering a range of informative topics. Our activities not only help to stimulate the minds of our guests with dementia but also give carers and partners the chance to relax and share much needed joy and comfort.
